Club Penguin Mission 11, called The Veggie Villain, was finally released in Club Penguin in May 2010.

Club Penguin Mission 11 is the latest in a series of special missions given to players in the popular game, Club Penguin. In these missions, players who become secret agents in the game have the chance to help the PSA solve a new case. The missions are single-player adventures and play as mini-stories within the game.

Club Penguin Mission 11 is notable because it was released long after mission 10--nearly a year and a half passed between missions. Normally, the missions are released a few months apart.

Plot of Veggie Villain

In Club Penguin Mission 11, The Veggie Villain, you're back in your role as a top agent in the PSA and still hot on the trail of Herbert. The mission begins with some strange happenings in the Gift Shop, where many items have disappeared. The theft has all the markings of Herbert the Polar Bear, who left plenty of tracks and some strange clues.

Very quickly, you'll uncover a bigger mystery and of course, a dastardly plot by Herbert. This time he wants to reveal all the members in the PSA! You'll have to rely on your wits to stop him.

Here is a complete text Club Penguin Mission 11 Walkthrough.

  • Visit the HQ and start Mission 11 – Veggie Villain
  • Speak with G. He’ll ask you to guess what kinds of seeds you found before. Your first set of options are all incorrect, so just pick one. He’ll ask again, and then choose, “Are those corn seeds?”
  • Use your map or your spy phone to go to Town. When you arrive, move to the right and then go into the Gift Shop.
  • Talk to Rookie, who is standing just inside the entrance. When you’re finished talking to Rookie, click on the corn kernels that are down on the ground.
  • Next, scroll a bit and then click on the Gift Shop office door.
  • Talk with Jet Pack Guy, who is standing next to the desk with the missing computer.
  • There are some more corn kernels here, lying underneath the desk. Take these corn kernels too.
  • Your spy phone starts to buzz and ring. Answer it and you’ll get an important message from G.
  • Midway through the call, your spy phone stops working. You’ll need to get back to HQ but you can’t use the spy phone to teleport. You’ll have to use the secret entrance instead.
  • Go to the Ski Village and walk into the Winter Sport Shop. Click on the dressing room curtain on the right to reveal he secret entrance into PSA HQ.
  • Speak with G. Herbert appears on the screens and you will talk with him too.
  • After they’re finished, go back out to the ski village.
  • Talk to Rookie and then talk to the brown penguin who is crying.
  • Go to the Beach and then go inside the lighthouse. There is a CD lying on the ground under the piano. Pick it up and place it in your inventory.
  • Scroll to the left and pick up the spray bottle and cloth.
  • Take the spray bottle and click on the DVD in your inventory. Spray a few times until you get a message about it being enough. Then click on the cloth and wipe the DVD a few times until you get a message that the DVD is completely clean.
  • SPECIAL PRIZE: Here’s where you can do the steps to get the special gift at the end of the mission. We’re going to fix the poor brown penguin’s glasses.
  • Pick up the empty tin can lying on the floor scroll to the left to see it. Take it outside to the beach and then fill it with water click on the can in your inventory and then click on the water.
  • Return to PSA HQ through the secret entrance in the Winter Sport shot and then enter the Gadget Room.
  • Place the can on the conveyer belt. Click the lever to move it inside the chamber. Once it’s inside, press the snowflake button. Then click on the lever one more time to move it out of the chamber. Once it’s out, the can will fall over and an ice cube will land on the floor.
  • Click on the ice cube and put it into your inventory.
  • Use the map to go to the Beach. Go inside the lighthouse and click on the top part of the stairs to go up to the beacon on the roof.
  • Talk to the construction penguin who is fixing the telescope. Give him the ice cube and then pick up the spare lens on the ground.
  • Go back to the ski village and give the lens to the brown penguin.
  • Now back to the main mission! Click on the DVD player and put the DVD inside click on the open/close button, then place the DVD in the tray and press the open/close button again. It will start playing automatically.
  • Speak with Rookie and he’ll talk about the special box that is attached to the movie projector. Herbert is using this device to transmit his message to the projector. Click on the DVD player again and then click on your spy phone. Click on the tools button and select the spanner/wrench. Use the wrench on the box, and it will unscrew the panel so you can get inside.
  • The next part is a puzzle with colored lights. The correct pattern changes every time you play and the solution is a little different for everyone. You need to match the colors so that all four are the right color in the right place. Each light that gets a green circle around it is correct.
  • Next click on your map and travel over to the Mine. When you arrive at the Mine, you’ll see a corn field and a pathway. Click on it.
  • Proceed along while following the trail of popcorn that is on the ground. You’ll soon arrive at a pile of popcorn.
  • There’s a small piece of paper lying on the ground. Pick it up and place it in your inventory.
  • Choose the path to the right and follow the polar bear footprints. Grab all the note paper pieces that you find along the way. Combine them together in your inventory. When you’re done, you should complete the piece of paper and see an icon appear in the top corner of the screen.
  • There is a wooden board next to the last piece of paper. Take the piece of wood and put it in your inventory.
  • Now you need to get through the maze. Go back to the pile of popcorn and then navigate the maze using the instructions from the paper you just pieced together. Choose the paths with the watering can, the corn kernels, the fertilizer, the hot sauce and finally the coffee beans.
  • You’ll arrive at a river that you need to cross. Use the board in your inventory and put it over the river. Then cross over it.
  • Use some of the corn kernels you have saved in your inventory on one of the lit torches up above. The kernels will start to pop and knock the ladder down to where you can reach it. Click on the ladder to climb up.
  • Click on Herbert to speak with him. When he’s done talking, unplug the computer.
  • You’ll be transported along with a strange object back to HQ. Click on G to talk with him. Herbert then appears on-screen and you’ll learn more about his terrible plot.
  • There’s a group of books on the table near you. Look for the orange one in the middle. Click on the orange book.
  • A strange looking gadget pops out of the bookcase. Click on the device and you’ll get a new puzzle to solve.
  • You need to slide the colored pieces around so that the inner ring matches the outer ring.
  • Special Agent Dot will appear in the bookcase. Click on her.
  • You’re just in time. Dot comes to the rescue with a special transporter device that takes you safely outside the Winter Sporting Goods store.
  • Gary and Dot talk a little bit about the PSA and the EPF. Gary gets a call from the Director of the PSA and it sounds like it might be shutting down for good.
  • After they stop chatting to you, you’ll get your mission rewards. There’s a medal for successfully completing the mission and a special gift from Dot. Great Job! You are now finished with Mission 11.

The End of the PSA?

At the end of Mission 11, Herbert's popcorn device destroys the PSA Headquarters right after you escape. Gary and Dot say this is probably the end of the PSA, but encourage you to join up with the Elite Penguin Force (EPF) instead. This could just be a huge advertisement for the upcoming Nintendo DS Title called, Herbert's Revenge. But does this really mean the PSA is finished? Will there ever be a Mission 12? Only time will tell!
